We have extensive experience in commercial gutter work, including apartment complexes, churches, schools, government buildings, and business buildings.

We've been in business in the Chattahoochee Valley area since 1973, delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to homeowners and commercial customers.

The company was founded by William Leffler, specializing in siding and gutter sales and installations. Helmi joined the company in 1976 when she married Bill. The company became incorporated in Alabama in 1978. In 1982 Randy Evans became an installer and then in 1985 joined the company as a full partner.

In 1985 we invested in equipment to manufacture 2” x 3” and 3” x 4” downspouts and elbows. This allowed us much greater quality control of our products and gave us the ability to satisfy specialty downspout and elbow requirements.

The potential of our manufacturing lead us in 1987 to wholesaling material to area sheet metal and gutter contractors. This fulfilled a need for a local supplier of these products. Our investing in machinery and wholesaling created new jobs within our community rather than sending revenues to out of town areas

In 2007, we began offering the Gutter Helmet® system as the exclusive dealer in our area. 

Chattahoochee Gutter Co is a family-style business still run by the original owners with long-term employees. We all, therefore, take great personal pride and care in the quality of work our company produces. We have been listed with the Better Business Bureau since 1973 and have been an accredited business member in good standing since 1985.
